Shipping Information

Orders are sent from Chiang Mai, Thailand and are usually sent 2 - 4 working days after the payment has cleared.
You can choose your preferred shipping method when you checkout.
Shipping prices are displayed at the bottom of your shopping cart when you login, or if you are a guest you can choose your delivery country for estimates of each of the shipping methods detailed below.
The undernoted "normal" delivery times are estimates only and are NOT guaranteed as postal services,couriers and customs are outside of our control.
All parcels must be signed for on delivery. If no one is home an attempted delivery notification should be left for you to arrange a re-delivery, or to pick up your parcel. Signature Waivers: We will not request a signature to be waived upon delivery. Customers that choose to waive the required signatures with their individual carriers assume all responsibility for their orders once they leave our premises.

What are my shipping options?

Shipping Option 1: Registered Post - Air Mail  

This is the most cost effective post option. Normal delivery time is from 2 - 3 weeks, but may on occasion take longer during busy periods, or if held up on entry to the recipient country. There is online tracking whilst the parcel is in Thailand, but tracking is often unavailable when the parcel enters the delivery country.
Includes $50 Insurance.

Shipping Option 2: EMS Courier  

EMS is the express postage option offered by each country's Postal Service and includes online tracking of your parcel. Delivery is usually 5 - 10 days
Includes $100 Insurance.

Shipping Option 3: FedEx Courier  

FedEx Courier is usually the fastest method for orders sent outside of Thailand and includes online tracking of your parcel. Typically parcels are delivered in 3 - 5 days unless to a remote location that can take longer.
FedEx will not deliver to a P.O. Box, nor does it deliver on Weekends.
Includes $100 Insurance.

If you would like extra insurance on your parcel please contact us for a quotation.
No insurance cover, or liability for loss of the parcel is provided on parcels where you have provided us an incorrect delivery address.

If you refuse or do not claim a package you will be responsible for the original delivery charges and be charged the fee to ship the package back to us plus any duties charged to us.

Special Instructions: Please do not ask us to have courier leave packages "behind the porch," etc., as the carriers do not accept special requests from us.
